  1. Water is very important if people would just get off of the Diet soda. They would feel alot better! They think that oh it says diet on it that they can drink it. They do not realize that diet soda has harmful checmicals in it.

    • A great book is “Master Your Metabolism” by Jillian Michaels. She talks about how artificial sweeteners wreak havoc on our naturally produced hormones. I think if you are just starting out it’s tough to go cold turkey but you have start weaning yourself off this stuff for the reason you stated Ed. Great insight.
