  1. Though I am not a fan of Green Tea I do know that the tea is healthy for many different things. Losing Belly fat. I though am not any kind of tea drinker. I rather drink water instead. Though it can be boring at times. If I had a taste for Green Tea I might have something to drink other then just water.

      There’s been more than a decade’s worth of research about green tea’s health benefits, particularly its potential to fight cancer and heart disease, that has been more than intriguing, as have limited studies about green tea’s role in lowering cholesterol, burning fat, preventing diabetes and stroke, and staving off dementia.
